The CLP facilitates certifications and ongoing technical training of associates to meet the requirements of business. Leadership Development Program The program focuses on grooming of future global leaders. Associates are screened for eligibility and then put in thorough rigorous and in-house-brand programs. The company also encourages associates to take up courses in premier B schools across the globe by providing sabbatical leaves. (Grooming global managers, n.d.)
